Campaign Finance Reform
The current system of money-dominated politics has led to public policy being influenced by special interest money, often leaving Colorado voters out of the democratic process. CoPIRG researches campaign contributions, compiles statistics on campaign financing trends, and releases easily understood reports to educate the public. By illustrating the problem of "big money" in politics, CoPIRG shows the need for campaign finance reform.

Colorado Citizens' Voice
The Colorado Citizens' Voice is moving across the state of Colorado, county by county, bringing people together to be informed and active participants in our democracy. By focusing on the local level of government, the Citizens' Voice is involved with decisions that affect our everyday lives. Through
training workshops and access to powerful tools and resources, people are working together to monitor their government, lobby their officials and pass meaningful reform on important issues.

Citizens' Voice is a project of Colorado Common Cause, the Colorado Public Interest Research Group (CoPIRG), the League of Women Voters of Colorado, the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado, the Colorado Environmental Coalition (CEC) and the American Friends Service Committee.
