Colleen McLoughlin is CoPIRG's transportation campaign organizer, mobilizing communities to make sure Colorado invests significantly in transit, biking and walking.
Prior to this position, Colleen worked with Environment Georgia working to expand the state's solar energy capacity. There she helped launch and run Solarize Athens, a program which tripled the amount of residential solar in Athens-Clarke County. She then ran a door-to-door citizen outreach office in New Jersey, working on campaigns to save the bees and stop the overuse of antibiotics on factory farms.
Colleen graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor of arts in Political Science and Rhetoric and Professional Writing.
We're calling on big restaurant chains to stop the overuse of antibiotics on factory farms. Tell KFC to stop serving meat raised on routine antibiotics.
